Woman seen washing plates by the roadside with 'gutter' water (video)

A woman was filmed by the roadside washing plates with dirty water from a drainage. The video was taken by the occupants of a car who were shocked by what she was doing. The footage was shared as a warning for people to mind where they eat outside.  Watch below.  This is a video of a lady washing plates by the roadside with "gutter water".
