Tech Cabal’s Tech Women Lagos exhibition AUDACITY, closed on Sunday 24th March 2019, but we are still celebrating women profiled in the series, and showing the next generation of women that there is no limit to what careers they can pursue and heights they can reach in the technology industry.
For the AUDACITY exhibition, the Tech Women Lagos portraits were made into beautiful magazine covers. Check some of them out below:
Adia Sowho is the Managing Director, Nigeria for Mines, a machine learning-powered digital credit platform.
Ire Aderinokun is a self-taught Frontend Developer and User Interface Designer, and the Co-founder of BuyCoins, a cryptocurrency exchange platform for Africa.
Ized Uanikhehi is Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at TORA Africa, an academy that recruits, trains, verifies, insures and provides background-checked vehicle drivers for businesses.
Khadijah Abu is the Product Partnerships Lead at Paystack Payments Limited, a startup that enables businesses across Africa accept payments from their customers.
Ngozi Madueke-Dozie is the General Manager for Kwesé iflix West Africa, and responsible for the business strategy, performance and overall management of the company in West Africa.
Nichole Yembra is the founder and Managing Director of The Chrysalis Co. She began her career at Ernst & Young LLP, Atlanta where she specialized in risk and process transformation.
Omowale David-Ashiru is the Country Director at Andela Nigeria, a company that builds high-performing engineering teams by investing in Africa’s most talented software developers.
Rukayat Sadiq is a software engineer at Influitive, a platform that helps businesses with advocate marketing. Before Influitive, Rukayat was Technical Team Lead at Andela.
Tejumade Afonja is the co-founder of AI Saturdays Lagos, an artificial intelligence community in Lagos, Nigeria where she and her team offer free-to-attend classes on Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Temitope Adediran is a Technical Team Lead at Andela. She moved from building a career in real estate to building software solutions for global tech teams.
