Man who survived stampede at Rivers APC campaign rally, dies due to poor medical attention

One of the survivors of the stampede that occured during the APC rally in Rivers state on Tuesday February 12th, Bestman Kalagbor, has died. According to his close friends, Bestman who is married with children, died due to poor medical attention. He narrowly escaped being killed during the stampede.
