Lady nabbed collecting used sanitary pads, pampers in Owerri

A lady who pretends to be a lunatics was on Sunday, apprehended while picking used sanitary pads and pampers from a waste bin along Egbu road, Owerri, Imo State.

It was revealed that the bags she was with, were also loaded with the items. The reason for her action remains unknown, but passersby collected the bags from her and set their contents ablaze, before chasing the woman away.
