Is Man U Now A Dumping Ground For Waste Product?

Manchester in recent time under the management of Jose Mourinho has been seen taking some surprise decisions.

First was Mata at chelsea, Mourinho never liked him but played him very well at in old trafford. 

Secondly Paul Pogba, who was sold, like an ordinary stone, by the red devils, was later welcomed back with a bank breaking fee of 100 million Pounds...wow, even Zidane has good as he was then, he was't bought for 60million GBP not to talk of a whooping sum of 100million.

Now it's  Rejected Lukaku at Chelsea but buys him for some astronomical fee at United. Is United now the dumping ground for rejected goods?
