Portugal stuned Wales 2-0 with two quick strikes in the second half to grant themselves a place in the grande final of the Euro 2016 on Sunday night.
The EURO 2016 semifinals kicked-off with a match between Portugal and Wales in Lyon, France. Portugal made their first Euro Final since 2014, the Portuguese team have gotten to 4 consecutive semi finals in which they never got through to the finals except for this one.

It was a fantastic match that have the duel between Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, the match kicked off at a slow pace – Bruno Alves stand in for Pepe in Portugal’s starting line-up, while Andy King stepped played instead of Aaron Ramsey in the Welsh side.
It was Joe Allen with a first real event of the game, getting a booking for his challenge on Nani after recklessly losing one ball in the midfield after 6 minutes. Really the Welsh side dominated in the first half of the game.
Both teams passed the ball around relentlessly, looking for any sort of opening – Joao Mario drove his effort wide in the 16th minute, while Gareth Bale made a low cross towards Andy King six minutes later, but Rui Patricio swept the ball in front of the Leicester man. Just three minutes after the first goal C.Ronaldo, 25 yards from goal to the right of centre, mishit a low cross-shot that fell perfectly for Nani, who slided it past Hennessey from close-range.
Wales tried to come back with Vokes replacing Ledley and Church subtitute for Robson-Kanu. It could’ve been three-nil(3-0) however with a rebound after Nani’s shot in the 66th, with Joao Mario putting an easy chance just wide.
