Do you see anything wrong with this email sent to a hiring manager by a job seeker

A hiring manager  @AmakaAnku on Twitter, shared an email she received from a job seeker and said anyone who sends a hiring manager a mail like that is guaranteed not to get the job.  Some Twitter users agreed with her while some said she is only telling the side of the story she wants the public to believe.  See a screenshot of the mail below and tell us what you think.
